There is a level entrance at both the front and back of M Shed and three wheelchair accessible lifts to all floors.

There are accessible toilets on all floors (some with right hand and some with left hand transfer) and an adult changing bed with a hoist.

There is a Loop system at Reception. A Story of M Shed can be provided in advance.
