What We Offer Visiting Schools
Guides will be on hand for your visit and the highlights for your students include to:
- Learn about and experience the dramatic story of Shakespeare as a young boy in his hometown and his school days
- Immerse themselves in 15th & 16th Century Stratford-upon-Avon, sitting in the very room where Shakespeare sat as a pupil in the 1570
- Join in a Tudor lesson with Master Thomas Jenkins (in the space Shakespeare was taught)
- Marvel at medieval wall paintings
- Dress up in Tudor-style clothing and practicing quill writing!

Educational group discount for groups of 15+
Free teacher place for every 10 pupils
Discounted educational rates for joint visits to Shakespeare’s Schoolroom and other venues including Stratford Butterfly Farm, The MAD Museum and Shakespeare’s Birthplace.
