Your day-by-day itinerary
Day 1
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: National Museum of Scotland
Begin your journey at the National Museum of Scotland, housed in a stunning Victorian building. The museum’s Art and Design section offers a deep dive into Scotland’s creative heritage, showcasing intricate textiles, exquisite jewellery, and famous paintings by Scottish artists. Engage in hands-on workshops, allowing students to sketch their interpretations of the artwork.
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Artistic Picnic at Princes Street Gardens
After a morning of exploration, enjoy an artistic picnic in the picturesque Princes Street Gardens, located in the heart of Edinburgh. Encourage students to sketch the stunning views of Edinburgh Castle and the Scott Monument, adding their artistic touch to the scenery.
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch
Stop for a packed lunch prepared for you by your accommodation.
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Scottish National Gallery

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Evening Meal
