We have 35 en-suite bedrooms and can sleep up to 80 people. All rooms have wide screen smart TV’s and free wifi. We also have 2 dining rooms, a comfortable lounge with licensed bar and restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals 7 days a week. All of our food is home made and freshly cooked each day. We can also provide packed lunches for groups on request.
Hedley House is within an 8 minute leisurely walk of the city centre, all of the York’s popular museums and tourist attractions. Additionally the bus and railway stations are within walking distance.

There are routes into the city away from the main roads, and we are near parklands and the museum gardens if your group wants to let off steam outside
We also offer York’s only hot yoga studio which can be booked for private group sessions, an eight person jacuzzi, fully equipped gym and an on-site massage therapist.
