Eureka! Science + Discovery
Are tomorrow’s innovators sitting right in your classroom?
Your class could include scientific trailblazers and innovators of the future…
At Eureka! Science + Discovery, we specialise in bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) to life for students up to KS3 by changing the way they see the world around them.
We connect the everyday (think the cereal they had for breakfast) with the extraordinary (robotic arms and hairy eyeballs) to ignite your students’ curiosity.
We work hard with subject specialists to ensure that our galleries and programmes are curriculum-linked and that all material is up-to-date, relevant and reliable, for all stages of learning from EYFS through to KS3.
Let us take your students on a hair-raising journey through the human body, exploring all things sticky, slimy and (at times) smelly along the way – or have your class don their engineer hats and put their brains to the challenge of building a brand-new footbridge over the River Mersey!
What will your students discover?
Relax: You’re in good hands…
At Eureka! Science + Discovery, our expert team make sure your class have an inspiring, memorable, FUN day out – it’s kind of our thing.

Teacher feedback May 2023:
“The children and staff had such a wonderful time. The staff were ready to greet us upon arrival, friendly and always on hand for questions and support.”

4 zones to explore:
Bodies helps your pupils to understand their own body and its potential through:
- the connectedness of their systems
- that their body is unique
- that they can take actions to care for their body
- that we can use science and technology to care for our body
- that science and technology can help us do things differently
The Homes zone will enable your pupils to think differently about the machines, processes and products in our daily lives, including:
- What do we use it for?
- What’s inside?
- How does it work?
- How could we do things differently?
Nature will enable your pupils to understand how Nature plays a vital role in our lives through understanding:
- that we can be inspired by nature
- that we can enjoy and benefit from nature
- that we can harness the power of nature
The Burrow for children aged 0-1 tells the stories of nature and the species who live in our locality – on land and offshore – and the people who work in these environments.
All the exhibits are playful and interactive and encourage children to be curious, creative, imaginative, and even brave as they climb, crawl and slide. There are lots of surprises to discover and characters to make friends with.
