Gripped London Aerial Adventure Park

London, South East England
Calling all daredevils! Are you ready to take on Gripped – the UK’s most daring aerial adventure park? With schools packages to suit ages from Year 6 upwards featuring a selection of adrenalin-pumping challenges – including a dual-line zip trek and spiral and sheer-drop speed slides) – only the bravest can #begripped…

What We Offer Visiting Schools:

Gripped London offers schools an energetic, outdoor adventure day designed to build confidence, teamwork and resilience through physical challenges. The park combines treetop obstacles, zip lines, slides and net-based play in a natural setting.

Why Choose Us for an Educational Visit:

Pupils work through a programme of instructor-supported activities appropriate to their age. Depending on the package, they may:

• Navigate aerial obstacles on two high-ropes courses through the woodland and over a stream.
• Travel across the heath on a one-kilometre dual zip-line trek.
• Bounce, climb and scramble through a multi-level treetop net park.
• Race down two 50-metre speed slides
• Compete in Archery Tag.

The experience encourages pupils to support one another, solve problems, act independently and overcome fears. It can work particularly well as a reward trip, end-of-year celebration, or team-building day.

Subjects and Topics Covered:

Sport & Adventure: a trip to Gripped is an experiential activity day through which pupils develop teamwork, independence, problem-solving and confidence.

Accreditation and Awards:

Gripped London is an award-winning aerial adventure park and the recipient of the 2025 Advance for Growth and League of Their Own awards.

Group Sizes Catered For:

Gripped can accommodate groups of 30 or more and maximum capacity is 200 per school group. For further information and enquiries visit here: https://www.begripped.com/group-visits/school-activity-days-and-trips/ or email hounslowinfo@begripped.com.

Schools must provide the required accompanying adults: generally one adult for every eight pupils aged 9–12 and one for every ten pupils aged 13–18.

Activities also carry height and weight requirements; the Explorer package has a minimum height of 1.3 metres, while most older-pupil activities require participants to be at least 1.4 metres tall.

Overall, Gripped offers more than a recreational day out: it is a structured shared challenge in which pupils can test their courage, discover new capabilities and build stronger relationships with their classmates

Gripped supports school planning with site-specific risk-assessment information, pre-visit appointments, safety briefings, specialist equipment and qualified first-aiders on site.
