On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026, Monolith Archaeology will be delivering live blacksmithing demonstrations, giving visitors the opportunity to see traditional metalworking techniques in action.
The demonstrations offer an opportunity to learn more about historic craftsmanship and the skills involved in working with metal, complementing a visit to the ancient Bronze Age copper mines.
Demonstrations will take place throughout opening hours, with the main activity expected during the late morning and early afternoon.
The blacksmithing demonstrations are included in standard admission, with no additional charge.
