What We Offer Visiting Schools:

If your school chooses to, we can provide a pre-visit PowerPoint that can be shown to students before they arrive, featuring interesting facts along with the safety information and science behind the activity or activities they will be taking part in. On site, after their activity, each student will be given a worksheet containing a series of questions covering the safety, science, and maths involved, as well as a challenge activity and real-world links to what they have learned.

Our capacity depends on the activities you wish to book. The Skywire and SkyTrek can accommodate the largest groups, with up to 100 participants in a single day. For specific activity capacity queries, please contact Hangloose Eden.

We can tailor itineraries depending on the activities selected and the length of your visit, ensuring your group has a smooth and structured experience on site. We also provide educational resources, including a pre-visit PowerPoint and post-activity worksheets that link safety, science, maths, and real-world applications to each activity.

We have lockers that are free to use.

Accessibility and Disabled Facilities:

We offer a seated Skywire option for wheelchair users or those unable to walk up the stairs in the tower. This is generally available during our 9am session. Our viewing platform and reception area are wheelchair accessible.

All activities include a safety briefing beforehand, where instructors provide both verbal and demonstrative guidance, or a detailed instruction video with subtitles. Our caring team are committed to ensuring every visitor enjoys an inclusive and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Opening Hours:

We are open year-round, with varying hours throughout the year:
November: Saturday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm
December: Friday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm, with extra hours around the Christmas holidays
January & February: Weekends only, 10am – 4pm
March – September: Every day, 10am – 5pm/6pm/7pm/8pm (depending on the month)
