Itinerary

Day 1: Forces, Fun & Discovery
Morning: Travel by coach to your first activity of the trip with a planned stop for a packed lunch brought from home on the way.

Afternoon: Gulliver’s World Resort

Activity: A brilliant, high-energy stop to break the journey. Students explore the park and can engage with engineering-focused concepts.

  • Key Stage 2 (Ages 7-11): Focus on Science/D&T, exploring forces (pushes, pulls) and simple mechanisms in ride design.
  • Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14): Applied Physics (mechanics, energy transfer) and basic Business (operations, customer experience).
  • Key Stage 4 (Ages 14-16): Analysing acceleration and calculating G-forces. Engineering of structures and Business marketing/finance.
  • Key Stage 5 (Ages 16+): Advanced Physics/Engineering (structural integrity, kinematics) and Business (competitive strategy, risk management).

Evening: Check-in & Orientation
Evening Meal: Check-in at the Liverpool City Centre accommodation, followed by a fully catered Dinner at the hotel or hostel, ensuring quick and easy service after a day of travel.
